비공개와 공개 작품 모두를 포함한, 모든 고급 고전 거장 명화 컬렉션에는 플랑드르 거장이 포함될 수밖에 없습니다. 15~17세기 그림의 정수를 표현하기 때문이죠. 15~17세기부터 유럽 저지대국에서는 그림 제작량이 전례 없는 수준으로 늘어나기 시작했습니다. 대규모 미술가 작업실의 등장은 유럽 전역의 왕실과 처음부터 연결되는 미술품 유통망 형성으로 이어졌고, 그에 따라 미술품 제작과 유통은 시작부터 국제적인 성격을 띨 수밖에 없었습니다. 브루제, 겐트, 브뤼셀과 앤트워프를 비롯한 플랑드르 도시는 순식간에 예술과 문화의 중심지가 되었고, 15, 16, 17세기 고전 거장들은 오늘날 우리가 아는 것처럼 남부 네덜란드 미술사의 한 축을 담당하게 되었습니다. Van Eyck, Brueghel, Rubens, Van Dyck, Jordaens 같은 미술가들이 다양한 이해관계자의 관심을 끌게 되었습니다. 오늘날 동시대 인물을 포함한 플랑드르 거장들의 작품은 전 세계 수많은 미술관과 개인 소장품에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

패널화는 패널의 구조적 보존을 위한 특별한 기술을 요구하며, (떡갈나무 패널 같은) 목재에 그린 유화의 진품 감정과 보존 및 복원을 위한 특정한 방법론을 동원해야 합니다. 당사는 자체 장비를 개발하고 패널화의 다양한 부분의 위치를 변경하는 기술을 사용하며, 목재에서의 움직임을 허용하는 특수한 프레이밍 기법을 활용합니다.
